Gurdeep Brar
Dr. Gurdeep Singh Brar began his journey at the University of Toronto, where he tried valiantly to stay awake during his accounting classes for a full year. Realizing he would likely bankrupt future clients, Dr. Brar made the bold choice to pursue his passion for science.
A few years, and countless biology classes later, he began his journey towards achieving a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Brar graduated with honours from D’Youvillle College in December 2014.
A few years into helping people overcome their pain and mobility issues, he realized there was a missing piece to the puzzle: diet and lifestyle choices.
After diving deep into functional and lifestyle health and the stars aligning with two of his best friends... The Thaali Program was born.
When he isn’t in the clinic or coaching, Dr. Brar willingly crushes his own soul through his lifelong love affair with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
He also thinks he looks good in this picture.
Navjot Sekhon
Dr. Navjot Singh Sekhon was always happiest in a gym. His
love of exercise, and strong interest in taking care of his body through nutrition led him to pursue a career as a Chiropractor and as one of the founding members of the Thaali weightloss/lifestyle program.
Dr. Sekhon's goal is to educate people on making food their
medicine. He believes that by being more cognizant of the
foods we eat, on a day to day basis, can truly heal us! His goal with the Thaali program is to provide a simple, yet effective blueprint for health and wellness
Ricky Brar
Ricky Brar is a father, husband, clinical mentor, and
functional health coach. After going to to school for
chiropractic and meeting the other founders of Thaali, he took the path less traveled and he has spent over a decade of his career in the functional health and nutrition space.
He has helped 1000s of individuals, trained 100s of practitioners, and delivered powerful talks all over Canada. He wants to inspire others to live their healthiest lives naturally and with a heavy focus on improving metabolism and gut health first.
If you have found us through the radio, you would have surely heard his passion for educating others and today, he
dedicates his time to supporting his community through
Thaali and also training other practitioners on the best
strategies to help their clients.
